Favorite Ride: One of my favorite rides is about a 20 mile loop (ride it 3 times or more) on Block Island, which is 13 miles off the coast of Rhode Island. The Island wide speed limit is 25 mph. On the flats & descents we're faster than the locals, taxi's & rental scooters. Johnathan can chase down the scooters on the climbs. It is a rolling to hilly Island shaped like a pork chop, including a 1 mile climb from Old Harbor up to the Airport. They used to have a three day stage race out on the island.

My Commute: Short fast sprint to work and taking a different longer way home. 2010 Cap City Cross - Finished 2nd over all for the Cat.1-3 Masters 45+. 2011 Cap City Cross - Finished 3rd over all for the Cat.1-3 Masters 40+ field.

Sat 7/21 18 miles 60 min I got to watch the TdF.....and a little Zwifting. Plus the skies looked like it was about to dump some more on us. 
Fri 7/20 1 mile 3 min Where did the storm come from?!?!?! Complete fail on my behalf, I woke up to sunny skies. Well it looks like more TdF and some Zwifting..... 
Fri 7/20 5 miles 15 min Rollers for 15 minutes and cooked with not having a fan.....AEP says no power until 3 pm. I'm going out to play in the rain. 
Fri 7/20 11 miles 41 min Sprinkles to to heavy drizzle on the CX bike is better than cooking with no fan on the rollers....power is still out. 
Thu 7/19 21 miles 72 min It's hard to get out and ride when the TdF is on, especially when it is the Alpe d'Huez stage!!!!! Or a quite ride before work. 
Wed 7/18 12 miles 45 min Post mom's out patient surgery to Frank's Marathon to pick up my car after need service. Thanks Frank! 
Wed 7/18 15 miles 50 min First time I have seen sunrise on the bike in years. Being good son & being there for my mom's surgery. 
Tue 7/17 3 miles 16 min Long way around to pick up the daily junk mail....
